How to report hacker using demo ?

How to report hacker using demo ?

1- Go to spec.
2- Show the player who using hacker ?
3- open console by click "`" on keyboard.
4- type record "Name of Player".
5- click Enter to start recording..
6- after finished from recording open console again and type "stop".
7- the demo will saved on this dic x:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\yoursteam\counter-strike\cstrike
the demo save like this Name of player.dem.
8- added the demo on winzip file.
9- and the file on Zshare.net or 4share.com.
10- share the demo on new topic on this forum like this Example:
