perm banned

I don't know if this post belongs here or the other section.. anyway here it goes.

1- Where did you get banned ( Which server ) ??
Both Du public and scrim

2- When did you get banned ?
I got banned permanently 4 times already, last time was about a month ago.

3- who ban you ??
striker

4- what is ban reason ?
accusing me of hacking, which I do not.

5- what was your name ? and steam id

I don't have any reason to hack, and if admins do think I hack, why don't they just warn me to better suck at the game? I never get warned.. its always an instant ban
Also, I was banned from Du public the first 4 seconds of joining CT.. because I was banned the day before by the same admin from Du scrim(striker), no warnings whatsoever.. seriously guys, get some proof out of me at least then start taking action.
